For therapists & prescribers
Grow your practice. Keep your judgment.
Matched referrals with the reasoning shown, documentation drafts you approve or discard, out-of-network claim support for your clients, and a flat 20% of each session charge. Every number on this page is the one the platform runs on.
Choose “I’m a therapist applying to join” on the signup form. Your portal opens with the application in it.
Fees and payouts
20% of a session charge, and nothing else
The fee is the only thing we take, and a statement shows you the arithmetic every week.
A flat 20% of each session charge
A $165 session pays you $132. The fee is charged per session, not per month, and a refund reverses the fee along with the charge.
Statements close every Monday
Settled charges from before Monday 00:00 UTC roll into one weekly statement per clinician, with the session count, the gross, the fee and the net on it.
Nothing else comes off
A statement's net is your charges minus the platform fee. No listing fee, no monthly minimum, no charge for messages, notes or the documentation assistant.
A missed session is still billable
Recording a no-show asks whether to charge it; if you do, the full session rate is invoiced. A client who cancels inside 24 hours is billed 50% of their rate.
A statement is released by a person, not a timer. Our team pays each one by bank transfer and records the reference, and you are notified when it goes out.
Credentialing
Five steps, then a person reads it
Here is the whole application, and what each step asks for. You can leave and come back; nothing is submitted until the last step.
- 01
Identity
Your professional type, the title you practise under, years in practice, your city, and the languages you work in.
- 02
Practice
Session formats, your own rate — anywhere from $30 to $500 — whether you take insurance, the states you are licensed in, and two pieces of writing: about you, and how you work.
- 03
Focus areas
Up to five specialties and up to eight modalities from our catalogue. The first specialty you pick is your focus, and it is the heaviest single factor in matching.
- 04
Licenses
At least one licence — type, number, state and expiry date — plus your credentials: degree, certifications, malpractice cover, background check, NPI.
- 05
Review & submit
Three attestations you have to make yourself: your licence is in good standing, you will clear a background check, and you accept the platform policies.
What happens next
- A person reads your application. Verification typically takes 2–3 business days, and you are notified in the portal and by email.
- Your NPI is looked up in the NPPES registry. The reviewer is shown what the registry says; the decision stays with them.
- Nothing goes live until at least one of your licences is marked verified — the approval is refused without one.
- If you are turned down you get the reason in writing, and the application reopens so you can correct it and resubmit.
- We do not query state licensing boards, and we are not going to imply that we do. NPPES is the one registry we call; everything else is a reviewer reading what you sent.
And then we keep track of it
We hold the expiry date on every licence you give us and remind you 30 days before one runs out. If a licence does lapse and you have no valid one left, your listing pauses and new referrals stop — because an expired licence is not something either of us can practise through.
Your existing clients keep their scheduled sessions. Add the renewal and your listing comes back as soon as it is verified.
The portal
What you get on the day you are verified
Named by where each thing lives, so you can check it the moment you are in.
Referrals, with the reasoning shown
/portal
Clients are scored against your focus areas, modalities, languages, formats, price and real calendar access — and shown the reasons you matched, never a score. One checkbox pauses new referrals without unlisting you.
Notes you finalize yourself
/portal/notes
SOAP, DAP, BIRP or your own format. The assistant drafts the sections and nothing is in the record until you finalize it — after which an amendment adds a version rather than overwriting what you signed.
Your clients' out-of-network claims
/portal/claims
We build the claim and the superbill from the session you documented. Your view is read-only, and it shows you the denials that turn on your NPI or taxonomy code — the half only you can fix.
The caseload you already have
/portal/patients
Invite the people already in your care by email. They confirm their date of birth, the link is good for 14 days, and you can send up to 150 addresses a day — pasted as a list if that is easier.
Out-of-network claims, described accurately
Your client pays your rate. From the session you documented we assemble their claim — a CMS-1500 with the service lines, place of service and modifiers filled in, plus an itemised superbill — and benefits are never assigned, so the insurer reimburses your client rather than us. They sign it and send it to their plan.
Your claims page is read-only, deliberately: the claim is your client’s to file, correct or withdraw. What it gives you is the half only you can fix — denials in the payer’s own words, with your NPI and taxonomy code checked above them, because those two are what a denial most often turns on. Before this existed, your client chased you and you could not see that anything had gone wrong.
Referrals between clinicians
Someone you trust sent you here
It is how most of the clinicians on this platform arrived, and we would rather say plainly how it works than dress it up as a programme.
If a colleague sent you
There is no code to enter and no form field looking for their name — we do not run a referral programme and we would rather tell you that than have you hunt for one. Apply the way everybody does. If you want their name on your application, the “how you work” field is yours to write; it reaches the reviewer.

A clinician you trust is worth more than any advertisement we could buy. There is no code to enter and nothing is tracked back to you — your colleague applies the same way everybody does, and the credentialing review is identical.

Plainly
What we are not going to tell you
A recruitment page that overpromises costs you a quarter of your practice and costs us the colleague you would have told. So here is the list we have refused to write.
- That we will fill your calendar. Matching ranks you against the clients who are searching in your state right now; we do not promise volume, and nobody who does can keep it.
- That payouts are instant. Statements close on Monday and our finance team releases them by bank transfer.
- That we bill insurers for you. We never bill a payer for our own account and hold no in-network contracts — the insurance work here is out-of-network reimbursement paid to your client.
- That we provide malpractice coverage. You upload your own as a credential and a reviewer verifies the document.
- That AI writes your notes. It drafts; you finalize, and the record carries your signature, not ours.
Questions
For providers, plainly answered
What is the fee, exactly?
20% of each session charge, so you keep 80%. A $165 session pays you $132. It is stored on your profile in basis points — 2000 by default — and your own figure is shown on your earnings page. Failed and refunded charges generate no fee at all.
When am I actually paid?
Charges that have settled before Monday 00:00 UTC become one weekly statement, net of the fee. Our finance team releases each statement by bank transfer and records the reference, so a statement is ready on Monday and paid on a banking run — not instantly, and not automatically. A statement that works out to zero or less is not paid; it carries into the next one.
Who verifies my licence, and how long does it take?
A reviewer on our credentialing team, typically within 2–3 business days. They look your NPI up in NPPES and verify each licence you submitted; we do not query state licensing boards. Your listing cannot go live until at least one licence is verified.
Do I set my own rate?
Yes, between $30 and $500 in the application, and you can change it on your profile afterwards. Clients see your rate on your profile before they book.
Which states can I see clients in?
The ones you hold a verified licence in. Each licence is verified separately, and whether you can see a particular client is decided by the state they are in during sessions — checked again at booking, not only at matching.
Can I stop taking new clients without leaving?
Yes. Turning off new clients removes you from matching while your existing clients, sessions and notes carry on untouched.
What happens if a licence expires?
We track the expiry date and remind you 30 days out. If one lapses and you have no valid licence left, your listing pauses and new referrals stop — your current clients keep their scheduled sessions, and adding the renewed licence puts you back once it is verified.
What does the documentation assistant actually do?
It drafts session briefs, note sections and homework suggestions for you to edit, approve or discard. A draft is marked as a draft and is not part of a client's record until you finalize it yourself.
